Many of our scissor lifts go out for paint and when they come back they require a full decal kit. It is a precision job that require attention to detail if you want to do it right. If you rush it just looks terrible and all the decals are in the wrong place or missing. There are quite a few decals to look up for location and it's not fun and exciting but it still has to be done. The best part is if you do a good job and it looks nice they give you more of them...yay.

Decal all the way to the left is placed incorrectly. Happens when you go off another unit versus the manual.
Here's an electric z-boom that needed to have steer tires replaced. These booms are surprisingly heavy so you have to be mindful when you're placing it on jacks. The basket it's is a counterweight so you need to keep that in mind when you position it. Also when they have the rims painted they never clean the inside of the rim where it mates to the unit. That must be cleaned with emery cloth or scotch-brite pads. Finally the torque for the lug-nuts is listed on a placard on the machine so there's no excuse to just impact them on.
Here's a cracked hood for ground control on a another boom lift that had to be replaced. It's easier to have someone hold it while you get a few bolts started

Here we have another electric z boom. You can see the outriggers in the picture on the left. It was a service call that turned out to be a bad limit switch.
You would think with all of those pictures that you worked some hours too, eh?
